ARE THEY SOLD IN PAIRS?
Yes, all Wraps/Straps are sold in pairs. You are buying a set (one for each wrist).
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
Delivery time can vary on your location. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours from receiving your order, customer service is incredibly important to us and we do not want to make you wait or delay your gains! Tracking information will go live once it has been despatched from us, which in most cases is by Royal Mail standard delivery, or if upgraded, Royal Mail First Class Next Day Signed*. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
*During busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday etc) please expect a small delay in our service. Shipping policy available
*International Orders: These order times will vary from that mentioned above. Kingdom Strength are based in the United Kingdom so all orders placed outside of the UK will take longer to despatch and arrive due to increased logistics.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
YES! Kingdom Strength aims to cover the UK and Europe but the rest of the world is only an ocean away. Don't worry, we will be able to get you the Accessories and Clothing you need so you can go in the Gym and Smash it!
I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?
If you have a Kingdom Strength discount code, you can enter the code into the discount section at the checkout screen. Please ensure that the discount code successfully applies to your order and that the discount is taken off the price before completing your order. Saving you money to spend on supplements instead!
DO YOU SUPPLY A WARRANTY FOR MY WRAPS?
We offer a 30 day Warranty. If for any reason you experience any performance issues, contact us to send them back and we will refund you for the purchase price of the item. If you receive an item that is defective, you have 30 days from your purchase date to contact us. You must include a photo of the defective item, and we will replace them for you. A defective product includes where the material is unraveling, string is missing or damaged and ultimately down to our discretion. In the event is if after the 30 days and you have any other issues with your item, we will look at those on a case by case basis. Photos will be required.
I WANT TO SELL YOUR WRAPS AT MY GYM. CAN I DO THIS?
Yes. We offer Custom Bulk Orders and pricing for gym affiliates. Those who are looking to carry them in a retail store or online store should contact us directly!
